Your responsibilities include
For the Web Designer job you have to fulfill the following responsibilities.
- Craft visually stunning web pages, emails, social graphics, and other digital marketing assets that amplify our brand presence, captivate potential customers, and drive acquisition through various channels.
- Develop a repertoire of engaging visual design assets that infuse our brand with freshness and inspiration, encompassing graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, and more.
- Enhance the user experience (UX) and effectiveness of our website, campaigns, and activations, ensuring seamless navigation and compelling interactions for our audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to elevate our brand experiences, leveraging analytics to create meaningful improvements and optimize our customer connection.

For the Web Designer post we are looking for a guy who have following skills.
- Marketing generalist: A versatile professional with a broad skill set in various marketing areas, capable of executing diverse marketing tasks and strategies.
- Illustrator or brand designer: A talented individual specializing in illustration or brand design, proficient in creating captivating visual assets, but with limited experience in web design as a Web Designer
- FED, UX, or Product Design specialist with interest in visual design: A specialist in front-end development (FED), user experience (UX), or product design, who also possesses a keen interest and aptitude for visual design, combining technical expertise with a strong eye for aesthetics.
About you
For Web Designer post you need to fulfill the following experience.
- 5+ years of marketing web design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling web and digital marketing deliverables.
- Proficiency in creative visual storytelling, demonstrating excellent typography, color theory, layout, and composition skills.
- Deep understanding of web best practices and ability to design beautiful, thoughtful, and engaging website user interfaces (UI).
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS, capable of building and editing websites using Webflow, and preferably skilled in producing website interactions and animations.
- Familiarity with various design tools and technologies, enabling the extension of work and realization of creative visions (e.g., prototyping, animations).
- Strong knowledge of design, marketing, and user experience (UX) principles, allowing for seamless user journeys from discovery to adoption and success.
- Experience in utilizing data-informed design approaches, including tools like A/B testing and Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of design decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently at every project stage, from concept development to final production, requiring minimal input and oversight.
- Align with Whimsical’s philosophy and integrate it into decision-making processes while contributing to the company’s goals.
- Practical communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and adept at managing multiple projects independently.
