RESPONSIBILITIES- VP OF OPERATIONS

• As a VP of Operations, you have to lead the team responsible for the day-to-day business operations, compliance, and continuous process improvements across the organization.
•  Onboard and take customers from signed contracts to live.
•  Maintain ongoing relationship management, support & help center, and customer health monitoring
•  Help the product team in improving the product through manual processes.
• Handle the recruiting processes, manage the people operations team and retain key talent.
• Maintained finance team, including AR/AP processes and reimbursements; constantly improved processes through automation.
• Must manage all legal team operations, including contracting and compliance review.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must have 8+ years of progressively responsible operational management experience with 2+ years of working at a high-growth startup
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree required in operations, engineering, and finance.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to execute change
• Must have proven success in building and scaling teams and systems
• Capable of handling Superior project and change management skills
• Superb balance of problem-solving, decision-making,
• You have creative and analytical skills, with the demonstrated ability.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills
