As VP of Product, you will
As Vice President Product, you must know about our roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the CPO to define the product roadmap, ensuring that priorities are aligned with market needs, user experience, cost considerations, growth potential, and high performance.
- Drive alignment across teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales by introducing processes for collaborative planning and high-value delivery, emphasizing forming and publishing roadmap, understanding new product opportunities, client feedback, and go-to-market coordination.
- Take ownership of data, quantitative, and qualitative insights that will inform targeted project development initiatives.
- Led and oversaw a high-performing product team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster strategic thinkers and helping each member reach their full potential as a Vice President Product .

- Proven experience as a product leader for an enterprise B2B2C product, with a focus on delivering results
- Willingness to introduce and implement production processes to ensure alignment between PMs and Engineering teams on goals
- Strong track record of building and maintaining partnerships with engineering to meet business needs and resource requirements
- Positive and influential management style with the ability to mentor current PMs and foster growth
- The visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence
- Experienced in leading change or transformation initiatives
- Skilled at motivating teams across the organization and driving progress toward goals
- Willingness to reflect on past mistakes and learn from product bets that didn’t succeed.
Qualifications for consideration
You must fulfill the following qualification criteria to get the Vice President Product job.
- Extensive experience leading as a product manager for an enterprise B2B2C product
- Advanced ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts related to enterprise software development
- Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality consumer experience with a keen sense of UX
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in people leadership with years of experience and mentorship results
- Strong program management skills for managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Market segment experience in SaaS, enterprise sales, and consumer experience is more important than direct healthcare experience.
