  1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to comprehend user requirements:
    • Organize user requests obtained through sales members and product managers.
    • Conduct user interviews and ethnographic research to gain deep insights.
    • Grasp users’ goals and meticulously design user experiences throughout the service journey.
    • Perform quantitative user experience evaluations and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
  2. Create UX/UI designs that bring “Data storytelling” to life:
    • Transform user data from IoT devices into valuable business insights.
    • Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
    • Design visually appealing graphic elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
    • Craft intuitive user flows and seamless page navigations.
  3. Develop prototypes and mockups to showcase functionality and aesthetics:

    • Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.

  5. Enhance MODE’s presence at trade shows:
    • Design the visual aspects of trade show booths to captivate attendees.
  6. Create compelling promotional materials:
    • Design layouts and visuals for various promotional materials.

Minimum requirements

As a UX/UI Designer you have bring the following requirements musty.

  1. Desired work experience: 2-5 years as a UX/UI Designer.
  2. Proficiency in launching UX strategies, including defining value propositions, user story mapping, and customer journey mapping.
  3. Impressive portfolio showcasing design projects (online or offline).
  4. Familiarity with wireframe tools.
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
  6. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Appreciation for and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of users, particularly in the Asian and US markets where MODE’s product is marketed.

Preferred Requirements

Those candidate for UX/UI Designer will be preferred who have following requirements.
