Hays is hiring a UX /UI Designer to analyze a whole government digital transformation program in IT sector in Australia.
Your new role as a UX/UI Designer:
Your new role as a member of this digital transformation program will need you to centralize on community-centered service delivery, championing source ability, feasibility, and consonant design of UI ideas all over the organization. Preferably you will require to:
UX/UI Designer Correlate in multi-disciplinary teams leading UX and UI design strategies from project survey to productivity, which offer forward ideas and solutions that enhance proactivity, productivity, and thole proficiency.
Relate with customers from all over business units, systems, and external shareholders to restructure business strategies, service journey proficiencies, and UI design.
Generate fit for objective documentation to meet all levels of leadership that comprehend the UX and UI specifications and showcases the end-to-end service experience – all over people, procedure, and technology.
Act, assist, and communicate through standard consideration at every step of service design iteration and systems improvement to assure the deliverable line up to the defined intent and results.
What you’ll require to succeed?
A well-established career as a
UX/UI Designer, in a service delivery context with an understanding of the full UX design procedure from the definition, research, prototyping, iterating, ideation, and testing.
Experience with a range of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Adobe InDesign)
Magnificent communicator with the potential to translate data into performable needs, and possesses advanced written and spoken potential
Strong team collaboration capabilities and enjoy coordinating with others
Understanding of waterfall / agile delivery mechanisms
