ABOUT THIS TEAM

As a member of BOLD’s UX & Design team, this role will work in close partnership with the Ecom/Payments Product team. Together, they’ll strive to discover new and innovative ways to enhance our users’ purchasing experience, implement fresh payment features, and showcase the immense value of our tools.

What We are looking for

Join our team as a UX Designer and play a vital role in transforming our payment experiences for our diverse range of products worldwide.

As a key collaborator with our Product Managers and Designers, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities to improve our payment systems and address user pain points.

With your keen eye for data and a passion for product experimentation, you’ll play a crucial role in discovering what our users need and ensuring that they have a seamless payment experience.

UX Designer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a UX Designer, you should have to do the following tasks.

  1. Develop design solutions using a data-driven approach to support BOLD’s experimentation-focused development process.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications to define design concepts.
  3. Utilize user-centered and innovative thinking to support strategic efforts.
  4. Collaborate throughout the design process, making informed decisions and working closely with developers to produce exceptional work.
  5. Effectively communicate design choices and direction to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Being a UX Designer, you need the listed things.

  1. The Candidate has a Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing for consumer-facing websites on web and mobile platforms.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design deliverables and design thinking skills.
  3. The Candidate is skilled in wireframing, creating flows, and producing mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  4. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects while adapting to evolving project requirements.
  5. Enthusiastic about driving product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  1. Proficient in designing e-commerce experiences, particularly checkout processes.
  2.  The Candidate has Strong skills in visual or graphic design.
  3. The Candidate has Familiarity with in-product A/B testing and experimentation methods.
  4. Capable of creating and managing component libraries within Figma.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The initial salary range for UX designers is between $74,500 to USD 112,000, depending on location, experience, transferable skills, and other relevant considerations.
The estimated salary range for this position is based on current market data and is subject to change.
