JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR TEAM
As a Test Manager you will be a part of a dedicated team of Project Managers for the region EMEA located in Germany. Our team is responsible to organize all the activities required to bring new releases of the Avaloq products and get new Avaloq clients into our platform.
SCOPE OF WORK
You will be responsible for all test activities. Must be capable to deliver presentation and have excellent communication skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the project-based test team, make them capable to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services.
- Identify test Policy and test Plan
- You have to work closely with project manager and development teams to manage risks and problems
- Track the test effort to ensure sufficient staffing
- Inspect and control testing activities against planned budget
- Regularly make reports of progress and deliver to management and customer
- Remove defects
- Develop, update and implement functional and business test scenarios
- Maintain tools for testing and tracking defects
- Must participate in continuous improvement of Test Management processes
QUALIFICATION
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, Business or Economics
- 3 to 5 years’ experience required in banking/financial industry
- Must have knowledge of Test concepts and methodology
- Fluency in English and German language
- Expertise in MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ready to travel and work on-site with clients local and in EMEA region
