Full Time Experience Technical Support Officer. We are considering a capable professional who can interface with candidates at an advisory level, manage computer framework projects, and take responsibility for resolution of technical issue user will:
Qualities and SKills of Technical Support Officer:
• Act as a point of contact for new and existing clients seeking technical assistance and support
• Identify opportunities for software and hardware changes and upgrades relative to the particular client’s business needs/goals
•In IT Jobs, Technical Support Officer handle problems and queries from clients, and give technical advice and support to troubleshoot problems
• Determining how the clients’ current technologies can be modified or enhanced to better meet with their business needs• Oversee project resources, perform testing of project results, and hand them over to customers.
• Execute and oversee onboarding and migration projects
• Assist clients with installing and downloading the appropriate software
• Strive for maximum client satisfaction by ensuring they are maximizing the potential of their computer framework and software

• Contribute to the design and drafting of our website content when required
• Where it is with in the scope, assist with any problems with other equipment such as terminals, modems, printers, etc
