RESPONSIBILITIES-Technical Program Manager

• As a Technical Program Manager, you will develop aligned program teams to deliver on shared goals efficiently
• Must develop a collaborative work environment for innovation and learning
• You have to bring continuous improvement at multiple levels of the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to define program requirements, scope, and priorities
• Dig out, and analyze risk exposures at all levels
• Make sure forward project momentum
• Sort out fundamental project conflicts and create proper resolution paths
• You have to make and present the program and project status to stakeholders
• Maintain schedule changes for teams that are affected
• Work with engineering for execution details and find out roadblocks before they occur

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 5+ years of tech industry experience
•  3+ years of program management experience required
• Expertise in Agile methods and practices (Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe) 
• Working experience delivering the technical program
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent major projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and develop clarity where required
• Superb management skills in achieving tactical and strategic objectives
• Capable of working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment
• Expertise required in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and GSuite
