We seek a Technical Operations Manager in England for our Work Dynamics business line.
Purpose of the Technical Operations Manager in England role
We currently have an exciting opening for a Technical Operations Manager in England. This role would be ideal for someone with management experience looking for the next step in their career in a maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment. Technical Operations Manager in Uk will be responsible for hard and soft facility services. Scope includes plant, equipment, building services such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning and management of subcontractors on site. Procurement, design micro project management and contract management are also requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role with a top international client.
Role as a Technical Operations Manager in England:
Management of security services
On-site vendor management
Management and maintenance of buildings services and grounds
Catering and vending services
Manage all mechanical and electrical services and operations.
Health and Safety
Utilities and communication infrastructure
Arranging all necessary inspections, approvals and licenses
Maintain safety and security; access monitoring; Maintain the appearance and overall ambience of the organization and welfare facilities.
Develop and administer facility policies.
Preparation, maintenance and submission of reports and records to the client team
Participate in evaluating, interviewing, recruiting, coaching, supervising and evaluating new staff.
A stable financial position must be maintained for the operation of the facilities.
We are practicing sound financial management practices.
Attend staff conferences and training.
On-site staff management.
Meet and exceed client relationships and expectations.
Skills Requirments For Technical Operations Manager in England:
As Technical Operations Manager in England, you can work to tight timescales.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work closely with operations and support departments to meet business objectives.
