Are you a Technical Delivery Manager looking to join a company that cares? Our company Home Group’s Technical Delivery team is looking for a new Manager to lead our team of third-line engineers. Your team is responsible for delivering change and supporting the business.
Role As Technical Delivery Manager
The team looks after all cloud technologies and Office 365 on behalf of the business and is a solid 3rd line within homegroups more comprehensive IS department.
Together you will implement transformational change with our cloud-based technologies. You will manage initiatives throughout the lifecycle from tender to implementation and support and ensure authentic scheme planning and development of the team’s technical skills.
As our Technical Delivery Team Manager, you will also manage, develop and upskill team members using your technical and coaching skills.
Experience And Skills
You are an established manager, with people and technology at the heart of everything you do. You have experience managing projects and teams working closely with third-line technical resources.
As our Technical Delivery Manager, you will have a broad technical knowledge and, ideally, an understanding of development best practices, cloud technologies, and Office 365.
You are a convinced communicator and able to influence all levels of an organization. You combine this with your stakeholder management skills, which are critical to your success. You are a true motivator and use your skills to drive results using a highly customer-focused approach.
