TASKS-TEAMLEAD SALES DEVELOPMENT
- As a teamlead sales development you have to train, develop and motivate the Sales Development Team
- You are responsible for shortlisting of new hires and the coaching of existing employees
- Design weekly report with regards to the forecasts and team development
- Help new clients in making the perfect choice regarding our product portfolio
- Dedication for improving the quality of service and commercial dynamics
- You have to work with Account Executives in supporting the prospects during the sales journey
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed vocational training or degree with experience in the sales area in the UK market
- 2 years of experience required in a management position or team leadership function in Sales
- Expertise in common CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Must have a coaching approach to leadership
- Fluency in English and German
