Batlow Technology School is a K-12 school with a population of 120 students, which includes 8% native students, servicing the adjoining community in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. The school has a strong community emphasis on quality teaching, differentiated learning, and Teamwork teaching and encourages strong community links.

- Admiration to teach Food Tech, Technology Obligatory.
- Acceptance to Teach or willingness to undertake Veteran teacher training in VHO Hospitality –
- Commercial Cookery servicing the qualification standard is met.
- Demonstrate the capacity to provide challenging and engaging differentiated lessons and programs to cater to different student learning.
- Good communication skills and soft skills with the ability to demonstrate positive working relationships with the parents, staff, and students to improve student’s learning outcomes.
- Capability to work as a work team member of the Secondary division and contribute to designing, Applicating, and analyzing high-quality teaching and learning programs and valuation
