Job Description
- Computer hardware imaging, recovery, and backup activities
- The Systems Engineers Run and Solve Hyper-convergence instruments and platforms, Alcatel PABX, our in-house Security system (Access Card System), and Telephone system.
- Offer in-house support for End Users.
- Configuration and Break fix PC / Laptop installation.
- Compensate desktop and shrink-wrapped applications (MS office, Adobe, other 3rd party applications, equipment software, automation, etc.)
- Level 2/3 support for applications, scanner, printer, PC, and Phone (Remotely unresolvable by Service Desk).
- Solve LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity
- Mounting/Unmounting Hardware in the data center (Switch, Routers, Servers, etc.)
- The data center regularly checks and manages the data center’s health checklist register.
- Solve O365/Exchange problems
- Collaborate in a regulated Environment.
- The systems Engineers must analyze Operations delivery and the potential to handle critical situations with minimum supervision.
- Lead with problems associated with local IT systems.
- Ensure all work perform to the guidelines of site procedures and EH&S needs.
- Complete QA deviation investigations as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications of Systems Engineer
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have Bachelors/Masters’s education in IT
- Networking/server management-related certification
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems

Skills & Attributes of System Engineer
- Minimum two years of working proficiency in a similar job
- Significant record of potential to work as a team member and independently as needed.
- Must have the ability in oral and written communication skills
