Job Description:
- The Senior Manager for System Test & Automation position at High Tech Genesis will be in charge of overseeing a group of developers for automation frameworks or CI (Regression) execution.
- The staff you manage should be inspired and motivated to provide the rest of the organization with the best services possible.
- Selected one will play a key role in managing a group of SW QA Automation engineers in your capacity as Senior Manager.
- An incumbent will spearhead the development of new automation standards, tools, training, and proposals.
- Will work together with other managers and leaders from around the company to accomplish shared objectives.
- Will oversee improvements to automation in results reporting,
- Providing project leads with timely information to help them make quality decisions, as well as analysis tools for monitoring result trends and quality standards
Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCS and at least 5 years of experience in engineering management
- Familiarity with the CI/CD pipeline and automation testing for at least five years
- Practical knowledge of APIs, standards, and frameworks for automation
- Having expertise in Agile SW development techniques and promoting automated deliverables
- Extensive familiarity with the frameworks, settings, and methods of automation
- Excellent presenting, communication, and persuading abilities
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of switching and routing technologies
- Having led Scrums or had experience as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of lab infrastructure
