Responsibilities-Systems Support Engineer I Job
- As a System Support Engineer I, you must have experience with desktop operating systems
- Working experience with Office365 Administration, including exchange, OneDrive, and teams
- Help in taking inbound client phone calls from the call center and working with these end users to sort out the issues
- Must have basic domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities and DHCP
- Superb knowledge of Windows, Mac operating systems, and Backup Solutions
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN
- Basic understanding of core network components
- You have to maintain standards and documentation on an ongoing basis.

Requirements-Systems Support Engineer I Job
- As a System Support Engineer I, you must have one year of IT experience with IT administration and support experience with windows administration and management
