Responsibilities of System Analyst
- System Analyse must diagnose, identify, and resolve application-related incidents in the business area of responsibility.
- Make sure that the technical solutions and system design must develop in a way that will satisfy the requirements of the business and IT.
- Work with business analysts and customers to identify process improvement chances.
- Administer, track and optimize transformers for the business area of responsibility in partnership with internal IT teams.
- Grow Application knowledge and help share knowledge within IT internal teams.
- Act as a highly complex work covering technical and professional work activities.

Required Skills and Experiences of System Analyst
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar (Computer Science, IT Engineering).
- At least 3-5 years of proficiency as a System Analyst in any digital marketing automation platform or Salesforce.
- Hands-on with any of Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a MUST for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication are necessary for this role.
- An analytical mindset, Quick learning, and high problem-solving skills are desirable.
- Understanding Change Management is an added benefit.
- Proficiency in working with ITIL procedures: Incident Management, problem management, and Service Fulfilment are an extra benefit.
