What are we searching for?
We are seeking someone who can reduce our operational risk and develop the availability of the server and network framework and services.
Support Engineer’s other activities will include:
- Executing system assisting and analysis, performance tuning, debugging, and escalating problems, including effective problem resolution and multiplex problem analysis, is necessary to support system performance to meet user demand.
- Growth, support and perform operational procedures and assure operational tasks are performed.
- significantly and compatible to reduce the risk of unplanned interruptions.
- Support Engineer Collect and monitor operations. data (especially incident and change records) to rectify emerging trends and log problem records to help with problem resolution and enhancement.
- Server/service availability.

Qualification of Support Engineer:
- Graduate degree in computing, information technology, or equal qualification relevant study to the job from a known tertiary institution.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certificate.
- Allocate technical knowledge, experience, and industry certification as related.
- Visualization – VCentre, VCloudDirector, VSphere suite inserting, vROPS, NSX-T.
- Storage – Netapp OnTap & Storage GRID.
- Data Protection – Rubrik, Veeam, Commvault.
- Public and private Networks, and interconnections.
- Public & Private Cloud categorization from leading Suppliers (AWS, Azure).
- Cyber Security (Essential8).
- 3 + 5 years working in an enterprise environment with the mature incident, problem, change, and release administration principles in place.
- All claims will be by the Fair Work Australia National Employment Standards (NES).
- The salary range for this job is AUD50,000 + Super Annulation depending upon skill set and experience.
