Job Description of Staff Software Engineer
Minimum qualifications:
Graduate’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical proficiency.
Eight years of proficiency in Android improvement, including coding ability in Java and Kotlin.
Proficiency in technical leadership, leading project experts, and setting technical direction.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree, PhD in Computer Science, MBA or Math or a related technical field.
Proficiency in designing APIs and improving on Android/iOS platforms
Ability with mobile application improvement or Android infrastructure growth.
Proficiency with high-standard Android apps.

Responsibilities of Staff Software Engineer
- Build a breadth of knowledge beyond Wear OS and develop strong relationships with cross-functional leads beyond the Organization.
- Structuring and shaping the latest Android technologies on Wear.
- Work coordinatively with the broader Wear OS team.
- Design and implement APIs for Wear OS.
