REQUIREMENTS-Sr. Manager Web Advertising
- Must have 6+ years of experience in Growth, Program, and Product management
- Management of track record leading teams
- Superb skills at using data to form a hypothesis and defining metrics to find out the success of initiatives.
- B2B background in qualified lead generation
- Great problem-solving skills and must be a critical thinker
- You have to collaborate with marketers, product managers, designers, and other web stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Sr. Manager Web Advertising, you have to work with internal teams to drive the traffic strategy for Zapier websites
- Monitor and analyze page performance and user behavior across site landing pages,
- Must generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies, and discover areas of opportunity to bring improvements in the onsite experience.
- Develop an understanding of our users and their interaction with our website
- You have to provide regular reports on website trends, changes, issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work with business owners to make sure that the website content and UI align with optimal user journeys/flows and desired outcomes
