Solution Architect must have the ability to connect technology with measurable business value. You have the ability to think about business, products, and different technical challenges. As a Solution Architect, you have the understanding of the implementation life cycle. You should be able to command cross functional discussions to examine the needs and find the solutions. You should also recommend industry best practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must have experience in IT architecture
- Experience in CRM, UCP, SaaS-based, mobile/desktop, enterprise required
- Dedication and positive attitude
- Expertise in Engineering Methodology.
- You have exposure to project management
- You have understanding of Software and System Development and Networking
- RPA experience required
- Fluency in German and English
- Following skills will be valued as a plus:
- UCP / Genesys knowledge
- CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
- Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
- Project Management (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMP)
- ITIL
QUALIFICATION
- Strong business analysis skills and assess processes for existing and new customer.
- You must be capable to participate in the sales process and define IT section in proposals.
- Capable to facilitate analysis and solution of difficult questions.
- Know about the user’s wants and needs according to the requirements
- Communicate with specialists to design innovative high quality IT solutions
- Design a clear definition of deliverables
- Regional, system development that includes modification of the present IT landscape in cooperation with internal/external providers.
- Cooperate in presentations and RFP processes, management and generation of documentation.
- Support in project execution.
