We are looking for a Software Engineer Lead (Remote-Based). . The responsibility of a software engineer is to provide technical mentorship for the big scrum team and full stack developer on the Root Health patient engagement platform. The lead has to play a critical individual role on the team.
The Root Health needs an AI Virtual Assistant which uses a self-regulatory system to streamline and fasten clinical research. This team works with conversational AI, mini service architecture, and quickly releases cycle to develop an industry-leading product. The role is to be the key member of our team developing agile software, developing technical solutions for requirements bringing front-end and backend components.
Responsibilities of Software Engineer Lead (Remote-Based)
- DEVELOP: Create and develop solutions for the company based on a selected set of user stories and architectural needs.
- Direct: Lead the plan of industrial solutions measuring changes, risks, and viability of potential products.
- Mentorship: Teamup with the product manager to explore different design options and implement them as well
- Production Support: Provide services as a technical expert to resolve infrastructure issues timely.
- Agility: Deliver results quickly with fast-paced, agile software development results.
- Collaborate: Must join hands with other teammates i.e.manager and UX design team, to create an effective working environment.
- Quality: Implement strong coding guidelines, compare and execute unit tests, and conduct detailed peer code reviews.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalence job experience
- Have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer in building and developing web application
- Have 2+ years of experience as technical head for driving a team of engineers
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of CS software engineering, algorithms, and typical design pattern. Also, they can exercise these platforms in production quality systems
- Proven skills and experience with Python, Flask, JavaScript, React, and Post Gre SQL.
- Have expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting the technical problem.
- Must have strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable working part of the individual team.
- Must be self-motivated and can work independently.
- Have a problem-solving mindset that mainly focuses on solving customer needs.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS Q service, including EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, and SQS/SNS
- Experience ingesting, storing, validating, and transforming data in a consumable format.
- Experience with AI chatbots is a plus.
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
Working Conditions
This activity operates in professional workplace surroundings. This function robotically uses fashionable workplace systems together with computer systems, phones, and photocopiers.
