About Us:

GreenTech Resources is looking for a Software Developer (NOC 2174) for a customer in Canada. There are three positions available, each with the ability to support an LMIA/PNP. GreenTech is a Regina-based foreign worker recruitment firm.

GreenTech Resources is an established recruitment, immigration and settlement company with its Head office in Regina, SK, Canada. Established in 2016, we have our offices in Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Mississauga. GreenTech deals in foreign worker recruitment, settlement and immigration processes.

Responsibilities for Software developer:

  • Fixing bugs, adapting software to new hardware, improving performance, and upgrading interfaces are all examples of software modification.

  • Controlling the testing and validation of the system.
  • Controlling the testing and validation of the system. 
  • Managing the development of software and documentation. Project status and proposals are discussed with departments or consumers.
  • Working on technical difficulties with clients or departments, such as software system design and maintenance.
  •  Analyzing data to make recommendations and plans for the installation of new systems or changes to current systems.
  • Evaluation of software-hardware interfaces and development of specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff. 
  • Using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and assess results and design consequences when designing and building software systems.
  • Creating reports on the specifications, actions, and status of programming projects
  • Consult with project management to learn about restrictions and capabilities.
  • Requirements for Employment
  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area with a major programming component, or completion of a computer science college program, is necessary.
  • Programming for engineering and scientific applications necessitates further post-secondary education or experience.
