The Position:

Under the direction of the Manager, Digital Services Training, the Services Analyst and Trainer develops and implements particular programmes to support the growth of digital skills for all Havergal workers in order to improve their capability and give the greatest learning experience possible. The Services Analyst and Trainer will work as part of a team to improve day-to-day productivity and efficiency, as well as help staff to successfully implement technology-enhanced solutions.
