Requirements-Service Desk Technician I Job

  • You must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems
  • Must have 1-3 years of IT service desk experience.
  • A+ Certification and ITIL Foundations Certification needed
  • Capable of reading, speaking and understanding English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working experience with PCs using Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel), Microsoft Project 
  • You must be capable of sorting out practical issues and dealing with a variety of concrete variables 
  • Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
  • Explain problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Always ready to function comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Service Desk Technician I

ResponsibilitiesService Desk Technician I Job

  • As a Service Desk Technician, I have to receive, prioritize, and give response to incoming Service Desk requests
  • You must maintain user and device event tracking through the global ticketing system.
  • You must provide technical and troubleshooting assistance 
  • You have to Enroll and administer mobile devices.
  • Maintain and support office telephone systems and software, audio-visual (AV) equipment
  • Management of user/computer/group objects within Active Directory that includes password resets adds/moves/changes, and folder/share permissions
  • Must provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to the company’s critical business systems.
  • You have to provide periodic assistance to internal and external auditors.
  • Must take part in the creation and management of enterprise operations documents 
  • Make sure risks associated with changes to critical assets are considered.
