The Role at a Glance:
In this job, you will independently perform and provide routine assignments for your assigned area(s) of responsibility regarding established procedures/guidelines. You will remotely deliver a full range of technical services and support to your network, applications, hardware, and software.
What you’ll be doing
- Works overtime as required.
- Fulfill or exceed departmental standards and service quality.
- Service Desk Analyst provides routine work independently, following established processes and guidelines.
- He offers orientation and practices to new customers over the phone.
- Service Desk Analyst escalates network, application, and telecommunication problems to support the business’s highest level of system availability for the company.
- Provides administration to employees or internal customers in resolving escalated technology problems promptly.
- Service Desk Analyst provides regular telephone and remote support to customers.

Qualifications
- 2-3+ Years of proficiency in direct end user and server support adding Microsoft systems and support.
- High School diploma or GED or at least Associate degree instead of required proficiency.
- Service Desk Analysts must have a Strong understanding of Microsoft and Windows desktop operating systems and registry support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and Ethernet technology.
- Proficiency in experience and designing Microsoft Office Applications, OWA, Exchange, and PDA devices.
Nice-to-haves:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office accounts (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Significant potential to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile Mindset; acknowledgment of Agile methodologies
- Excellent designing skills.
