Service Architect
Location – Basingstoke – Hybrid (2/3 days per week)
We are looking for an advanced Service Architect in Hook with significant service architecture experience and the ability to identify, justify and document the end-to-end service design required by customers. The selected candidates will become the Service SME within the project delivery team, responsible for all service management elements, including the design transition to living service.
Demonstrable experience for Service Architect:
- Detailed knowledge of service management concepts and techniques;
- Operational solid understanding of service supply chains;
- Experience in service operating model design for large IT systems
- Ability to write coherent, concise, and readable technical service documentation;
- Experience working to tight timescales in a high-energy team environment;
- Ability to lead both virtual and participatory teams;
- Faculty to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally with various objectives.
Core Skills for Architect:
- Client-facing skills in senior-level discussions, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts to senior executives;
- Negotiating and building consensus with considerable experience in running workshops;
- Commercially astute – Knowledge of contractual obligations and associated constraints;
- As a Service Architect in Hook you have self-motivation and goal setting;
- Leadership skills for team coordination and motivation;
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits Package:
- Basic salary: £65,000 – £75,000
- Annual Bonus: 10%-15%
- Car allowance: £5,800 (can be taken as cash in monthly salary)
