Job Description of Senior UX Designer
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end and be a firm proficient shareholder partnering relatively with the Business and Technology shareholders.
- The senior UX Designer’s role is to administer all design activities with high quality and thoroughness.
- Encourage and guide both internal and external Designers & Researchers.
- Provide good results that are simple, emotionally rewarding, and that make employees, customers, and partners’ lives good.
- Present to shareholders and leaders new opportunities.

Qualifications of Senior UX Designer
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Product Design Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction,
- or similar field and 4+ years of proficiency working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field AND
- 5+ years of experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)
- 2+ years of proficiency in shipping innovative and multiplex products
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have an innate curiosity, be data-driven, and have the potential to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly transforming environment; growth mindset.
- Potential to produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, concept maps, interaction guidelines, and other related artifacts with an excellent interaction point-of-view.
- Senior UX Designers must have good problem-solving skills and the potential to think strategically and agilely.
- Significant potential to work cross-functionally effectively with other teams (Engineering, Research, Program Management & Marketing).
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Must have A portfolio’s breadth and creativity and proven proficiency in telling stories, creating UI models, generating detailed wireframes, developing prototypes, and delivering broad specifications.
