The Position

As a pivotal figure in this role, you will forge strong collaborations with internal executives, product managers, engineers, and customers to gain profound insights into user requirements.
To excel in this position, you must bring prior experience in UI/UX design for B2B web-based software, coupled with a genuine fascination for digital publishing and social media.

UX Product Designer

Requirements

You must fill the following requirements for the Senior UI/UX Product Designer Post.

  1. Proficiency in designing SaaS web-based software with an observation on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across various platforms (web apps, dashboards, mobile, etc.).
  2. Comprehensive understanding of agile product design principles, encompassing research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, quality assurance, and validating design assumptions.
  3. Responsible for owning and driving the design-to-development process.
  4. Familiarity with established design systems and the ability to create new ones.
  5. Expert in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, and Marvel.
  6. Skilled in UX writing and adept at communicating complex technical concepts to a consumer-facing audience.
  7. A deep passion for solving intricate problems while taking full ownership of all design aspects, including user experience, visual design, and interaction design.
  8. An exceptional online portfolio, either public or private, showcasing a remarkable body of work that highlights experience in designing intuitive web-based interfaces.
  9. The portfolio must include a minimum of 2 real projects.

Qualifications

The following qualifications criteria are to meet for the Senior UI/UX Product Designer Post.

  1. Extensive experience of 5+ years (preferably 7 years) in UI/UX product design, encompassing desktop and mobile platforms and web and native applications.
  2. Possess a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a design field, like graphic design, human-computer interaction, or communications.
  3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, showcasing exceptional teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong time-management skills, enabling efficient organization and prioritization of tasks.
