You’ll join our 8-person visual design team in our Berlin office and work closely with colleagues across various departments. Our clients range from Congstar, DeepL, ESPRIT, Mainova, Microsoft, Motel One, and STIEBEL ELTRON to STORCK, and we create unique digital products for each one.
Throughout your onboarding, we’ll hold regular feedback meetings to ensure you have a smooth transition into your role.

You are the one we miss!
You will be the only one for the Senior UI Designer if you have the following things:
- We’re seeking a curious and enthusiastic designer to join our Berlin design team
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Adobe CC is a must
- Being agile-minded is essential as our projects are mainly carried out in an agile environment. You should be familiar with tools like Miro, Keynote, and Jira
- Having Experience in Structured and goal-oriented working methods, as well as taking the initiative, are among your strengths as a Senior UI Designer.
- Sharing your knowledge and inspiring others is essential to you, and constructive feedback is always welcome as it helps you develop further
- Have Experience with After Effects, Blender, and Webflow, as well as interest in design-related topics like typography, illustration, editorial, animation, 3D, and code, are a plus
- A strong and meaningful portfolio showcasing your creative brand designs, excellent website screens, or first Figma prototypes is required as a Senior UI Designer.
