A leading asset management company is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst permanently. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the office 4- 5 times per month.

Responsibilities As Technical Analyst;

As part of the Service Cohesion team, they will be required to support ITSC’s overall policies.

Provide advice and instructions to internal customers, technical groups, and projects on service continuity functional duties.

We liaise with technology teams to restore mission-critical business applications in natural disasters, technical failures, power outages, disaster recovery procedures, and humanitarian situations.

Control and communicate ITSC standards for application DR testing, application recovery plan review, and DR lifecycle management.

Ensure up-to-date recording and reporting of DR tests

Liaise and assist technology teams in developing, reviewing, and submitting functional BIA and BCP plans annually.

Coordinate and assist in developing and testing BCP plans to cover short to long-term outage scenarios. Customize, train, exercise, and raise awareness around DR among businesses and others. Collaborate with key stakeholders.

Assist in the development of training programs and facilitate training sessions

Reporting DR compliance (e.g., DR test results, deviations in DR preparation, IT staff training compliance) to senior IT management

Develop, maintain and manage technology BCP and DR program tools, templates, guidelines, software, knowledge repositories, SharePoint, and wiki sites.

Ensure compliance with crucial audit and regulatory requirements (PCI/PWC/ISO/AAF etc.) and act as an IT Service Continuity function representative during internal and external audits.

Required skills and abilities

ITIL certification (at least foundation level)

BCP or IT security certifications (CBCP, ISO 22301, CISM, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, etc.) will be a plus

Exposure and experience in IT risk management in a cloud environment
