Responsibilities As A Senior System Analyst:
What will we ask you to do as a Senior System Analyst in UK……
You will work within a software engineering team, supporting technical analysis across multiple systems and business areas in a fast-paced technology environment.
Work with the team to define functional requirements to support technical tasks and system development.
As a System Analyst in UK Cooperate with business users and document requirements for systems
Ensure standards around support and operability are maintained.
Assist the engineering team in resolving production issues.
Overseeing system implementation for both in-house development and purchased tooling
Provide analytical support to develop our systems and processes.
Work along with the Head of Software Engineering and Technical Architect to support more extensive changes, analysis, and design activity.
Provide process engineering to ensure the best strategy and practice to reduce risk and operational costs.
Develop and provide structured communications to all types of stakeholders.
Participate in a software engineering culture of knowledge sharing.
Elements of this role will need you to understand hardware and firmware, as it is unique to us. Full training will be provided.
Requirements For Senior System Analyst:
We are seeking a Senior System Analyst in UK to join our team to help with our systems implementation.
You will also have a role in our wider group as we transform how we work, helping teams ensure they are thinking about our technology strategy during their design work and Finding ways to use data analysis and make sure that we can support our decisions.

Working Hours: We are looking for approximately 37.5 hours per week for this role – which would usually be termed full-time. How this is broken down into days or working patterns.

We want at least some of your work time to coordinate with other internal and external team members to ensure we are communicating effectively and efficiently, and we see that initial Ideally, this role is required to make an impact in the office once a week.
Location: We have an office based in Cardiff, but the Sero team have the option to work remotely where possible. But otherwise, we’re focusing on what you do, not where you choose to do it. We are fully prepared for virtual work.
Salary: We’ll be competitive (of course), so we’re budgeting around £55,000-£60,000 for this role. It also depends on what we agree on about your preferred weekly total hours.
