RESPONSIBILITIES-SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- As a senior software engineer, you have to write, test, instrument, document, and manage software for Smile
- Must review code and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback for your team
- You must collaborate closely with Product, create, Support, and other Smile Engineering teams to build new features
- You will analyze how your components are performing in production to learn and make the product better
- Handle a highly available service used by millions of users daily by taking part in a weekly on-call rotation.

REQUIREMENTS-SOFTWARE ENGINEER
- Must have E-commerce industry experience
- API development experience, mainly using Ruby on Rails, required
- Superb experience with complex data structures and data architecture
- Expertise in ElasticSearch at scale
- You must have automated integration testing and test automation
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and general observability
