My role entails discovering, evaluating, and collaborating with the organization to recruit the finest professionals across various corporate arenas, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Pro Education.

Senior Recruiter


As a Senior Recruiter the candidate has to fill the following responsibilities.

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting for varying levels and functions at OLAPLEX
  2. Develop proactive sourcing strategies, utilizing innovative channels to convert passive prospects into candidates
  3. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screening
  4. Provide diverse candidate slate according to functional and skill needs
  5. Build and manage partnerships both internally and externally
  6. Offer industry trend consultation and competitive intelligence
  7. Collaborate with senior leadership and functional business areas to devise staffing strategies for present and future needs
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  9. Educate and train business partners and hiring managers on best practices for hiring and assessment
  10. Flexible work across multiple functions/channels to provide sourcing support as needed
  11. Effectively partner with the broader HR and TA team

About You

  1. Preferred Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of whole life cycle recruiting experience, with strong preference for retail and beauty space recruiting at the headquarters level
  2. Works effectively with a sense of urgency and flexibility in highly dynamic environments to meet deadlines and adapt to ambiguity
  3. Equally skilled in candidate development, assessment, and selection as a Senior Recruiter
  4. Proactively drives results and demonstrates a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  5. Confident in advising and partnering with hiring managers
  6. Demonstrated organization skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks while navigating competing demands.
