A little about the job:
We need your experience leading digital platforms and products to deliver great digital experiences to our customers and support problems that need to be solved by a range of stakeholders. This role is about guiding POs to solve customer problems in a way that adds business value. The SPO will be responsible for multiple digital product/platform/journey areas, for example, the customer journey to purchase a new insurance policy or self-service journeys for an existing policy.
It can enhance an existing product portfolio or support going to market with a new product/travel set. If you love solving complex customer problems and want to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment for the consumer or intermediary digital experience world, we’d love to hear from you.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Working in web and app product experiences is key.
- Earlier worked on digital product vision, strategy and product roadmap creation, digital journey area.
- Proven background in large-scale digital product transformation and leading teams to drive direct and metrically accurate customer and business results.
- The ability to lead and coach teams is key at this senior-product-owner
- Product Owner level as well as working collaboratively and collaboratively with our proposition and commercial teams.
- Product person who has previously worked in a complex environment and financial services experience is preferred but not required.

Salary up to £70,000 (National) or £85,000 (London) (depending on skills, experience and qualifications).
