What you’ll do
As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a diverse cross-functional team consisting of product managers, engineers, data analysts, and user researchers, all united in the common goal of driving business and user objectives forward. Your focus will revolve around:
- You will combine work with a cross-functional team to develop user-focused problem statements that clarify our goals and why they matter to fans.
- You’ll be responsible for creating innovative design solutions supporting user and business objectives.
- Together with product and research partners, you’ll identify user challenges and evaluate potential solutions.
- Your high-fidelity deliverables will prioritize ease of implementation while maintaining pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- You will strive to enhance design quality and establish trust with our users by creating moments of delight.
- You’ll work collaboratively to improve our design systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences across all our products.
Who you are
As a Senior Product Designer, you have to fill in the following criteria full:
- You bring over a decade of experience in product design to the table.
- Your work schedule overlaps by at least 4 hours with a 9:30 am-5:30 pm workday on the US East Coast.
- You’ve been an instrumental member of cross-functional teams that have achieved significant outcomes.
- Your exceptional eye for detail and uncompromising standards for design quality are some of your defining traits.
- You relish the problem definition process as much as the creative exploration of solutions as a Senior Product Designer.
- Lifelong learning is a core value that drives you, and you’re always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
