Role of Senior Manager Applications
- You will be focused on applying and directing major transformations and changing current Client and Account applications into a modern, scalable, high-performance, best-in-class API for Wealth Management.
- Act as team guide, offering guidance, proficiency, feedback, monitoring, and development to build the team’s potential.
- Correlate Architects and SMEs, contribute to multi-functional enterprise initiatives and administer the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.
- Collaborate within an Agile product team composed of technical and business team members answerable for creating new functionality and enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships around business units and platforms to grow influence and impact with core business partners.
- Work with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.
- Appreciate the strong practice like Feature Flags, Unit Testing, Coding Standards, etc.

Requirements for Senior Manager Applications
Must have:
- Strong technical aptitude with SQL, .NET, and Node JS proficiency and SOA.
- Proficiency or familiarity with MQ, Web Services, MongoDB.
- Proficiency with KAFKA, SonarQube, and DevOps (UCD, Jenkins, etc..)
- Results-oriented; able to meet consistently high standards while simultaneously handling various duties and deadlines
