Senior IT Technician in England Newcastle/Hybrid 28,000 – 32,000 My client is a long-standing consultancy firm supporting local businesses for almost 80 years! They support their clients through various avenues; starting as an accountancy firm, they are now moving strongly towards expanding their tech support services. Thus, they want to expand their team of tech wizards! You will be a senior IT technician with exposure to 2nd or 3rd-line support.
Key Duties of Senior IT Technician in England:
Provide service level up to the 2nd line or 3rd line. As Senior IT Technician in England Provide service desk support on complex tickets, and resolve clients’ technical issues, either on-site or remotely from the office, and work on hands-on or complex projects. Visit client sites for tech stacks:
