Senior IT Manager – overall package £65,500 pa

Role of Senior IT Manager in The UK:
If you answered yes to the above, this could be your role.
As a Senior IT Manager in The UK, you will report to the Director of Innovation and Technology. You will be required to successfully execute the company’s business strategy by developing and deploying technology solutions.
You will manage a team responsible for supporting I.T. across our estate and delivering world-class service to our customers, clients, and colleagues. This role is based on Uxbridge and can be a hybrid.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Manager in The UK Ensure that the SLA is being delivered by the company’s I.T. operations and I.T. infrastructure management. Work closely with senior managers to identify, propose, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization. Ensure plans are in place to mitigate potential risks and maximize the development of technology-based products and solutions. Implement the company’s vision and values with a special emphasis on client growth and customer service. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms to deliver company services.
Assist the Director of Innovation and Technology in strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for evaluation, development and deployment of all IT-related services. To ensure that goals are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organization’s resources are used responsibly, particularly in product development and solutions, management and administration. Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing processes.
the Senior IT Manager in The UK will be Responsible for the smooth running of the I.T. department, including the service desk and core infrastructure and applications while leading the team in a structured working environment across all I.T. disciplines.
Skills and Attributes for Senior IT Manager in The UK:
At least 5 years of experience in an I.T. management role and managing people/teams in an effective, quality-focused and efficient I.T. department. Proven experience in delivering I.T. services that drive organizational change in complex businesses -Successful track record of developing and delivering key I.T. services, preferably ITIL qualified or experience and knowledge of working within an ITIL environment Proven track record in project management of technical I.T. projects and delivery of work streams to host client environments Previous experience Experience interfacing and working with senior management Experience in Financial Control Management Manages people from diverse functional backgrounds and builds teams with a competitive edge and focus as the reward the role offers:
Salary: £54,000 pa
Car allowance: £4,000 pa
