Position Summary of Senior Financial Analyst
We seek a Senior Finance Analyst to connect our Supply Chain team based in Rhodes. Offer support and proficiency in transportation/sea freight budgeting, analysis, and controls, accounting.
You will undertake critical research and complex analysis and provide alternatives/recommendations for further consideration. The scope adds all transportation in Australia and Sea Freight / IMS cost in ANZ.

Responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst
Key responsibilities include:
- Senior Financial Analyst must Perform as a Business Partner to the Transportation-HUB and IMS (Inter market supply) teams.
- He was involved in the daily decision-making, KPI inspecting and Dealing with Processes and control problems in the transportation and sea freight area.
- Formulate budgets for Supply Chain activities.
- Administer reporting of actuals and forecasts around supply chain activities and fixed overheads.
- Do monthly variance analysis of YTD vs. Plan.
- Contribute to Benchmarking practices where required.
- Will have significant involvement/influence over economic scenario analysis and ensuring appropriate controls around purchase order management, Parked and blocked invoices, etc
- Follow up and lead progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Costing Standards, and Accounting Standards follow.
- Challenge the transportation and IMS teams to identify areas of savings (e.g., Vehicle / Container capacity utilization).
- Validate savings initiatives and perform post-implementation reviews.
- Grow reports and dashboards and maintain analysis about performance tracking of Transportation and sea freight costs/savings initiatives.

- Have progressed Excel abilities. Experience working with SAP finance modules likes.
