What You’ll Do

As an individual for the Senior Digital Product Designer post you will be an integral part of a dynamic and cross-functional team of dedicated Theorists working on project-based assignments.

Responsibilities & Duties

For the Senior Digital Product Designer post following responsibilities must be fullfilled.

1. Perform end-to-end product design activities, encompassing research, sketches, wireframes, concept designs, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, UI design, documentation, accessibility checks, testing, and design QA.
2. Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine and advance product concepts.
3. Deliver design presentations to internal teams, client stakeholders, users, and customers.
4. To create and enhance designs, utilize and contribute to product Design Systems and Component Libraries.
5. Collaborate closely with fellow designers to ensure consistent and effective communication.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, and provide recommendations for new technologies.
7. Conduct design QA reviews and audits to identify and address quality issues, involving relevant team members as needed.

Qualification & Skills

For the Senior Digital Product Designer following skills is required.

1. Showcase a portfolio demonstrating extensive experience designing web platforms and applications for large-scale enterprise products, highlighting case studies that showcase an understanding of client objectives.
2. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidently presenting and discussing design decisions with product teams, client stakeholders, and users.
3. Display a remarkable ability to learn quickly and gracefully accept critical feedback.
4. Exhibit a passion for analyzing complex quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.
5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of crucial UI/UX principles, processes, and methodologies beyond aesthetics.
6. Show experience testing UI accessibility and updating components to meet client accessibility standards.
7. Possess strong determination and drive to overcome obstacles and ensure the product’s success.
8. Demonstrate a high aptitude for teamwork and collaboration, actively seeking feedback by sharing work early and frequently.
9. Preferred experience with Figma and Sketch design tools.
