The salary range for this position is $86,400 to $96,000, which may vary based on your experience.

Join the Customer Experience & Competitive Market Intelligence team at Constellation’s Commercial Strategy group as a Senior Data & Insights Analyst.
This dynamic team is dedicated to delivering actionable customer and competitive insights that shape our business decisions. As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst, you’ll play a significant role in transforming data into valuable insights, driving the evolution of our experiences, solutions, and services.
Your expertise in data mining, aggregation, analysis, and visualization will be essential in uncovering meaningful patterns and trends.
With your keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills, you can extract insights and identify inconsistencies within the data as a Senior Data & Insights Analyst

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
For the Senior Data and Insights Analyst post following primary duties must be fulfilled.
- Perform data mining, processing, and organization from multiple source systems for statistical analysis and analytical insights (25%)
- Design, develop, and maintain tracking mechanisms and performance management tools such as Power BI dashboards and reports (25%)
- Utilize an analytical and data-driven approach to deliver analysis, insights, and reporting that influence business strategy and decision-making (20%)
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports for business leaders to assess performance (15%) as a Senior Data and Insights Analyst Post
- Contribute to ad hoc projects led by the Customer Experience and Competitive Market Intelligence team, including data structuring, analysis, and synthesis of presentations or report-outs (15%)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Senior Data and Insights Analyst Post recquire the candidate with the below listed qualifications.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
- 3-7 years of experience in data-intensive roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features and techniques
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, and familiarity with various databases
- Familiarity with data exploration and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to make independent decisions as a Senior Data and Insights Analyst Post
- Understanding of business value drivers and their impact
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
