Our software engineers are innovating a new breed of products in the electronic world. You will design or build software that reengineers electronic supply chain management and assist in developing the manufacturing industry into a new world of innovative and interrelated hardware tools.
Our backend Engineer will create a framework and incorporate it with ERP software, logistics teammates, and distributors.
Your role as Senior Backend Engineer is to extend the serviceability of CoFactr among our clients and internal tech stacks.
Responsibilities as SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER
- Help our open API assist our customers in integrating CoFactr and self-regulation of electronic supply chain system.
- Collaborate on the API infrastructure that aids us in building essential features for our clients.
- Head and guide internal and client-facing incorporation of 3rd party services with the CoFactr platform.
- Formulate and build our new product that fulfills both modern infrastructure and tooling.
- Lead the project and deliver results that cause an impact on our product and client experience.
- Have the ability to make decisions for technical direction and trade-offs.
- Must have good communication skills and close relations with client-handling staff to build and ship products.
- Build API that includes external partners and open API integration to meet our client’s needs.
- Create and maintain CoFactr internal integration with ERP such as Net Suite, shipping API such as ship engine and ship station, and payment method such as Stripe.
Experience
- 6+ years of experience building and developing software that combines modern stacks and frameworks.
- Have experience in building RESTful APIs
- Must have working experience with SOAP and other legacy API standards.
- Experience with relevant applications in logistics inventory/ERP is an advantage.
- Must have experience in shipping good quality products and characteristics from the planning phase till its maintenance and launching.
- Must be comfortable in creating a self-directed and collaborative working environment.
- Must be passionate, enthusiastic, and enjoy solving complex problems.
- Must be comfortable working across a dynamic team with varying priorities and workload.
- Must have a growth mindset, where you can make mistakes as a new opportunity to grow.
Current Salary $150,000 – $180,000
