Responsibilities:
The Role:
- Repair and troubleshoot a variety of security devices, including intercoms, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and computer networks
- Installing new systems and making changes precisely to satisfy customer requirements and expectations
- Maintain company and industry standards for quality while adhering to established rules
- Provide great customer service and respond to client complaints, offering suggestions when necessary to ensure that the system operates as it should.
- Keep complete service records, including notes and inventory.
- Being at ease working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, and lifting objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
- It is essential to be able to work safely in a building site environment.
Qualifications:
- Security industry experience is viewed strongly.
- It is necessary to have the ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment.
- Work with extreme precision and thoroughness.
- Powerful organizational abilities
- Driven self-starter and strong team member
- Must obtain a valid driver’s license and have a clear criminal history.
