What’s the opportunity?
The GTM Systems team, a part of the Business Systems group, is seeking an experienced Salesforce (CPQ) Quality Assurance Lead who can play a vital role in enhancing our Go To Market teams’ support capabilities. As a Salesforce (CPQ) QA Lead, you’ll oversee the QA efforts of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including all associated integrations, from lead to quote conversions.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure a seamless lead-to-quote conversion process that accurately reflects financial information, reduces the risk of errors and auditing issues, and enhances employee and customer experiences.
You’ll work collaboratively with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software by developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

What will I be doing?
As a Salesforce CPQ, you will have to do the following things:
- Take the lead in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure top-notch quality of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ applications, including complex lead-to-quote scenarios and related integrations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as accounting standards, tax laws, and pricing regulations by validating the Salesforce CPQ system against them to calculate prices, taxes, and discounts accurately.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the application meets high standards for quality.
- Develop and implement automation testing frameworks to streamline manual testing efforts.
- Maintain test data and test environments to support testing activities.
- Establish and maintain testing metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Define testing standards, processes, and best practices and ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely testing of deliverables.
- Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ testing and quality assurance.

What skills do I need?
For the Salesforce CPQ, you need the following skills:
- Have 16 year’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership or management position.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
- Have experience with automation testing frameworks and tools like Gearset or Copado.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hold Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I (certifications are a plus).
- Show enthusiasm for startup culture and fast-paced learning.
