As a sales operations analyst, you will be responsible for increasing the sales effectiveness by supporting the sales team with proper planning and operations tasks.
You have to inform the Sales teams with daily activities such as SLA’s, dashboards and process improvements and efficiencies.
TASKS–SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST
- As a sales operations analyst you have to support the field sales team on opportunity management.
- Meet with the sales and support functions
- Design and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization.
- Must focus on improvement, efficiency and productivity
- Find the opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Cooperate with Marketing for proper lead management processes and policies
- You can maintain data integrity within customer records
- Capable to monitor system adoption and data compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- A successfully completed degree in BA/BS
- Must have an understanding and experience of sales operations
- Excellent analytical ability and capable to handle multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
- Capable to solve problems, manage projects and organizational skills
- Expertise in SaaS and B2B
- Fluency in German and English.
