  • Helping our Fully Managed team to monitor and repair issues with partner backups.
  • Being the Champion & the Product Expert for our partners.
  • Ensure our partners’ proficiencies with Servosity are always magnificent.
  • Communicating customer trends and feedback to monitor developments to products, tooling, documentation, and process.
