Requirements
1- Fraud or Security Operations experience is required.
2- You have 2+ years of experience as a fraud, trust & safety or information security analyst
3- Chargebacks, disputes and ACH are familiar terms of which you understand the full lifecycle
4- Can easily communicate with both technical and non-technical folks, and are able to incorporate their feedback into your detailed, written deliverables
5- Are a creative and flexible problem solver, and interested in finding the best solutions for our particular needs
6- Enjoy operating as an autonomous team member with high-impact.
7- Demonstrate the countries in which you have work approval.
Your key area of focus:
1- A basic understanding and capability to execute investigation-style SQL queries (Postgresql, Standard SQL)
2- Can easily communicate with both technical and non-technical folks, and are able to incorporate their feedback into your detailed, written deliverables
3- Required a creative and flexible problem solver, and interested in finding the best solutions for our particular needs
4- Enjoy operating as an autonomous team member with high-impact/high-stakes deliverables
Are excited about multiple kinds of projects and want to help out wherever it’s needed 5- Required satisfied defaulting to over-communication and reporting cumulative growth and inquiry details.
6- Crave the reduction of toil and improvements in operational efficiency for self and team

8- Work with Risk, Operations, Security and Compliance teams
9- Need to be able to dig in and understand the process behind our fraud risk decisions and where they can be improved.
