Responsibilities-Remote IT Service Desk Analyst
- As a Remote IT Service Desk Analyst, you will handle telephone calls, emails, and self-service tickets from internal and external customers regarding IT problems and requests.
- You must dig out the root cause and provide creative and timely solutions to ensure customer productivity.
- Must provide a basic level of hardware troubleshooting and installation on specified products to customers.
- You have to maintain integrity and communication, customer service for all support queries
- Must show flexibility to backfill for peers when coverage is required
- Ready to bring improvements to train, coach and have the technical knowledge to help increased fix rate within our organization
- You must be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced Service Desk environment with clients
- Determined to participate, develop, and publish support materials for the Knowledge-Centered Services Support model.
- Must Support, troubleshoot and manage different IT Network resources for customers

- Must have an Associate degree or equivalent of 2 or more years of professional experience.
- You must have IT Service Desk Call Center experience
- Always ready to follow well-defined processes.

- Ability to complete assigned tasks.
