Remote IT Product Manager leads work to evaluate and benchmark the current proficiency vs best practices within and outside the health insurance industry. In addition, this role is significant, in a compelling fashion, ROI/cost-benefit rationale for the proficiency roadmap.
Responsibilities of Remote IT Product Manager
- Remote IT Product Manager serves as the lead, partnering relatively with Executive Sponsor(s), Business Lead, segment leadership, and IT partners through key initiatives(s); serves as a thought leader in solving business problems.
- The essential responsibilities of this role and additional tasks may be assigned.
- Lead metric definition to translate expectations into lead indicators and functional standards.
- Administer risk by establishing project management processes (regular status reports, etc.) to address execution challenges.

Required Experience
- At least 4+ years of similar work proficiency
- Graduate’s degree or additional similar work proficiency
- Strong knowledge of the Agile Operating Model
- Strong knowledge of customer experience design principles solutions, etc.
- Strong leadership skills to bring shareholders together; consensus builder and thought leader.
- Remote IT Product Manager must have an acknowledgement of projects with technology aspects (e.g., design, testing, implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying Customer Experience disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading a matrixed team. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- First hands proficiency with an authentic track record of providing business projects with technical elements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
